Prerequisites
The PRINCE2® Practitioner Course is most suited to delegates with prior experience of projects, preferably as a project manager.
Less experienced delegates should split the training by first attending the PRINCE2® Foundation course and exam, then after gaining experience
using PRINCE2® in a work-based environment, they can move on to the Practitioner level.
This can be achieved as a 2 day Top-Up, followed by a PRINCE2® Practitioner examination.
|
Pre-Course Work
Delegates are given a pre-course Study pack to include:
- Reading selected chapters of the PRINCE2® manual and answering questions on the reading.
- Pre-reading a Case Study scenario and carrying out two exercises based on this scenario.
- Past PRINCE2® Foundation and PRINCE2® Practitioner exam questions/answer guides.
Pre-course work should take between 15 and 20 hours.
|
Content
This accredited APMG PRINCE2® course covers both the
PRINCE2® Foundation and PRINCE2® Practitioner courses.
For those taking both the Foundation and Practitioner PRINCE2® examinations, we offer past-paper exercises.
A provisional pass in the PRINCE2® Foundation Exam is required before delegates can sit the Practitioner exam.
