Objectives

MSP^TM (Programme Management) Method is the level above PRINCE2^®, and is mandatory for those managing programmes in the public sector.
We offer Overview, Programme Board Briefing, Foundation, Practitioner and Advanced Practitioner courses, together with a one-day "Upgrade" from the previous 2003 Version to the 2007 Version.

MSP^TM Courses

• MSP^TM Foundation level: About 16 hours of pre-course prep and evening study during the course is recommended.
  3½ days contact time including the Exam at the end of the morning of Day 4; the pass mark is 60%
• MSP^TM Practitioner: About 16 hours pre-course prep and evening private study strongly recommended.
  4 days contact time with a 3 hour exam on the morning of Day 5.
• MSP^TM Advanced Practitioner: This is a two day case study workshop, followed by the Advanced Practitioner 2½ hour written exam on the morning of the third day.   It is suitable for those who have already passed MSP^TM Practitioner level AND have some experience of managing/working within large programmes
• UPGRADE TO MSP^TM 2007 FROM 2003: This is a one day "familiarisation seminar", in which delegates are introduced to the changes in the 2007 Edition.   It is suitable for those who have already qualified to Foundation level on the 2003 Edition Manual, and is offered as an in-house course.
