For Senior Managers and Policy Makers

We offer a standard 2 hour Knowledge Asset Management seminar which provides an overview and challenge to senior managers charged with value creation. We show how, by thinking about value in a new way, senior managers can align their businesses with their strategic goals to add value in a clear, systematic way.

Training: Focused on developing competency, we can provide formal training in any aspect of Knowledge Asset Management, at any level from junior practitioner to departmental manager. Our courses can be tailored to requirements from one to five days.

Certification: For practitioners and teams that need to prove competence in Knowledge Asset Management, we provide a certification programme, using our established Knowledge Asset Management methodology. Certification involves five days' learning (consecutively, in stages or even online) and provides a full understanding of how to develop and implement a Knowledge Asset Management methodology.
Our programme is flexible and can be tailored to suit your particular requirements or environment. It can be aligned with your internal competence management systems or an external vocational qualification.

Education: Moving beyond the ‘doing’ of Knowledge Asset Management, we have helped to develop learning programmes in ‘synthesizing’ Knowledge Asset Management strategy. We have worked with Cranfield, Singapore and Hull Universities and can deliver accredited learning programmes which provide formal academic qualifications.

New Thinking: We run short education seminars to challenge assumptions, provide new thinking and create new direction. From a few hours to a full day, our New Thinking seminars are focused on particular topics such as technology, culture, process and strategy, and are a good way to develop individuals and teams.
We can deliver this in house, in a public forum such as conferences or business events or provide a guest lecturer at universities for MSc or MBA students.
